- Shipping Options We offer different shipping options for deliveries in different regions of Spain:
1.1. Shipping by Post Office (Flat Rate of 4.95 euros)
- Flat rate of 4.95 euros for all orders in Peninsular Spain.
- Estimated delivery time in the Peninsula: 3 to 5 business days.
1.2. Shipping by Envialia Courier (Flat Rate of 5.95 euros)
- Estimated delivery time in the Peninsula: 1 to 3 business days.

Processing Time All orders will be shipped one day after the customer's order confirmation. One day processing time is required to prepare and package products prior to shipping.

Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands For deliveries to the regions of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands, shipments are only made through a flat rate of 6.95 euros. Estimated delivery times may vary by region and will be indicated during the purchasing process.

Delivery Address The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address when placing the order in any of the mentioned regions. Any error in delivery address resulting in lost or delayed delivery will not be the responsibility of Zanetti Games.

Order Tracking 5.1. Order Confirmation Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email confirmation containing the details of the order.
5.2. Shipping Tracking A tracking number will be provided to track the status of the shipment. The customer can use this tracking number to check the progress of their order on our platform or on the website of the corresponding shipping service (Correos, Envialia or other service used for specific regions).
- Delivery Delays 6.1. Unforeseen Circumstances In the event of delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, Envialia and Correos will make every effort to notify the customer and provide updated information on the status of the shipment.
